Our History
Since its inception in 2000, Carson Australasia as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) has provided Nationally Recognised Training to over 3000 government and private clients. Our customised training is designed specifically to align to current business and organisational trends, ensuring the best possible transfer of skills from our training courses.
Our Nationally Registered Training Courses
Carson Australasia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO no. 31298) delivering Nationally Recognised Training for the new TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Our Trainers
Our very experienced and highly qualified trainers have ongoing experience within the Vocational and Education Training sector (VET) and, coupled with extensive study and research, are fully conversant with the latest requirements of businesses today. Our trainers also work within the Higher Education sector as university lecturers, bringing a depth of understanding to the training environment not often available within the workplace training arena.
Our Programs
Our TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment courses (face-to-face and online programs) are designed to be interactive, participative, dynamic, safe and respectful learning environments. With our understanding of adult learners, we have designed programs which ensure all learning styles are accommodated. Many people have commented that they found out more about themselves and their strengths through our courses than in any other training they have attended.
Carson Australasia also offers courses in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, answering Government Selection Criteria, Interview Skills and a range of IT courses. These courses are run on a demand basis but we can, and do, deliver one-on-one training! We are constantly developing new courses and, in response to our clients’ enquiries, Carson Australasia will soon begin delivering our courses interstate.
Our Mission
Carson Australasia is committed to providing clear, structured, ongoing training and development support to our clients. We personalise our sessions; provide mentoring and coaching prior to, throughout and after our courses. Many clients look to us for career advice and, through our affiliation with several respected organisations, we can often provide helpful options. Our promise to you, is to align our services and training programs to support you in achieving your personal and organisational goals. We listen as well as we train!
Our Competency
Carson Australasia has been ranked as one of the top 400 privately owned businesses and is recognised for it’s outstanding achievements and is a recipient of the prestigious QBR Q400 Award. Our competency within workplace training and learning is exemplified not only by the QBR Q400 Award but due to our own direct (and initiated) interaction with peak bodies within the workplace training sector. We are aware of the dynamic world of workplace learning environments and therefore we regularly consult with industry expert bodies to ensure our training programs reflect current practices. We are affiliated with many professional associations and, whenever possible, attend conferences. Our trainers' research often means attending (and speaking) at many international conferences. We ensure all relevant industry changes are reflected in our training programs!

With a central location in the Queen Street Mall, we are one of the most accessible Registered Training Organisations offering close proximity for our city-based clients and a central accommodation option for our many outer Brisbane and interstate clients.
