Please note
- Table configuration cannot be altered (due to the weight of the tables) and so hirers must agree to the room set-up as pictured.
- Room hire does not include catering. Catering costs will depend upon number of participants and may be provided upon request, however it is expected that clients will provide for their own catering.
- Room hire may include the use of the electronic whiteboard, but a short training session will be required.
- Hirers will be liable for any accidental or other breakages, loss or damage occurring during or as a result of the room hire.
