Client Feedback Statistics
Displayed below is a graphical representation of our feedback results provided by participants to Carson training, during the period November 2005 to 2008.
Statistical results are now gathered through our Quality Indicator surveys.
We are consistently achieving higher than average scores through our new feedback system utilising Quality Indicator survey reports. Results for Client Satisfaction, Employer Satisfaction and our high Completion Rates have been very pleasing.
