Samantha Clarke - Facilitator & Course Administrator

Samantha has over 12 years experience of training and assessments in corporate, non-profit and Government organisations in both South Africa and Australia.

She has a vast experience dealing with people from all works of life and all levels of education and mediated many active learning processes within the education framework in South Africa.

Through her 6 year experience working with an international Children's Rights organisation, Save the Children Fund, she was exposed to the world of poverty alleviation, capacity building and integrated development projects. Samantha has been consulting since 2004 and moved to Australia June 2008 where she has been working at TAFE as a Course Coach and Assessor for TAE.

Samantha has a passion for training and a drive for developing innovative learning experiences which is always evident in her training sessions.

Kirsty Hohenhaus - Facilitator

Kirsty is a previous Carson graduate achieving her TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2010 and her ability to facilitate was evident in that course! Kirsty has over 12 years experience in training as a Business Trainer and Assessor for International and Australian students. She is a proficient business woman working within Human Resources and Recruitment and also owns her own training business.

Kirsty holds several Business Qualifications. Participants will soon realise she loves the training environment (and she even enjoys moderating and validating!)

John Benett - Facilitator

John is an experienced vocational industry teacher and writes courses for a wide range of Business and Management streams. John also teaches Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Management courses in Brisbane. He holds the TAE40110 Certificate along with several other formal and industry qualifications.

John has over 30 years experience in Venue Management, Education and global venue management issues and was Executive Officer of the Venue Management Association for 10 years. He has taught Australian, Scandinavian, South American, USA and Asian based students and has extensive experience in mentoring and job placement and also specialises in VET courses for employment.
